		<description>Just think, if you had been patient enough to wait six or seven years, Moore&#039;s Law would inevitably work in your favor, which means that you could have stuck with your first code iteration and wouldn&#039;t have had to do all that pesky thinking. What I do, see, is code something that does what I want it to do, and if it turns out to be slower than molasses, I just go into a relatively short-term state of cold stasis.

Typically, when I wake up and a half-decade or so has passed, I am generally pleased to be able to acquire hardware that runs my code 4x, 8x, and sometimes even 16x faster than it did before! It is truly a time saver, and also, I don&#039;t get vicious headaches anymore from trying to optimize my code.

Less headaches = less voices in my head trying to get me to do stuff that is mostly straight-up immoral. It&#039;s a real win-win situation. :-D</description>
